Truffle Tuna Sauce

The Truffle Tuna Sauce is inspired by the famous Italian sauce often served with veal (Vitello Tonnato). The combination of tuna with truffle is an original blending containing all characteristics for a quick use mainly on white meats: veal, chicken, turkey, but it is also often used for salads and raw vegetables.
